This application is to apply for our Rent-To-Own program. This application is more detailed than a rent application because you will be buying the home after "trying it out" for one year. We charge an application fee to cover the cost of tenant checking, credit reports, applying for mortgage and credit repair. Only completed applications with application payments will be processed. We will only waive this fee if you are already pre-approved for a mortgage. If this is the case, please fax your pre-approval letter and drivers liscence to the below fax number in order to request a showing of the property.

After faxing your application and submitting payment, we will contact you concerning the status of your application. Application processing usually takes up to 14 business days.
